I’m Juliette, a certified life and career coach through Mindstream.
I work with both women and men, helping them achieve personal and professional goals across all areas of life. I take a holistic approach because, let’s face it, when one part of your life feels off, it often affects everything else too.
When I’m not coaching, I’m working in marketing, helping brands stand out through effective communication strategies.
Mum of two, I also know firsthand how transformative parenthood can be. It’s a wild ride of inner and outer changes!
My Story
In my twenties, I had a plan—follow my heart to London and start a life with my British boyfriend. I left my job at a French press group, said goodbye to my family and friends, and landed in the UK with my strong French accent and a suitcase packed with my favourite stuff. I was lucky enough to land my dream job at a leading UK media company, working on iconic magazine brands in a fun, fast-paced industry filled with amazing friendly people. Life was a party.
In my early thirties, I climbed the career ladder and became a mum. Nothing brought me more joy than motherhood. It shifted my priorities and opened my heart in ways I hadn’t expected. But, with that love came the tiredness, the juggling, and somewhere along the way, I started to lose sight of ‘me’.
By my late thirties, I felt stuck. Stuck in a lifestyle that no longer resonated with me, stuck in a job that wasn’t fulfilling or challenging me any longer and lost in an identity I couldn’t quite define beyond being a mum.
Moving to Berkshire and diving into career coaching was a turning point for me. It helped me begin the process of getting unstuck.
*Spoiler alert* before I could figure out my professional life, I had to reconnect with myself first. Because how can you know where you’re going if you don’t know who you really are?
Coaching has been transformative. It gave me a new sense of purpose and a way to help others on their own journeys. Now, happily unstuck, I am living a more fulfilling life, and continuing to grow as I navigate this wild roller coaster called life.
